Service lines

Every low score becomes a scoped engagement

Each line flows from the Review roadmap, with a business case you have already seen. Readiness and preparation, never brokerage.

Each line draws on one or two of the four seats and runs as a scoped engagement off the Review roadmap.

Sale & purchase readiness

Get the company ready to be bought, or to buy, before anyone outside sees it.

In scope
  • What a buyer will look for, what will discount the price, what to fix and in what order
  • Buyer or investor deck, the equity story, and a five-year forecast and financial model
  • Due-diligence readiness: document inventory, data room, pre-answered diligence questions
  • Operational and technology diligence support, including IT, systems, and cyber posture
  • Buy-side: acquisition thesis, screening criteria, and post-close integration planning
  • Coordination with your legal, accounting, valuation, and tax advisors

Scope boundary

Readiness and preparation. Not investment banking.

Four Seats does not market businesses for sale, negotiate with buyers or investors, place capital, or take success fees. Legal, accounting, valuation, and tax work stays with your own professionals or ones we recommend.

How the work runs

From one conversation to a standing seat

Each step earns the next. Nothing is sold ahead of the evidence for it.

Terms that are contractual, not aspirational

These four lines sit in every engagement letter. They bind us, and every specialist we bring in.

Standard terms, every engagement
Signed before work starts
  1. 01

    Scoped in writing

An engagement letter with scope, deliverables, and fees before work starts. It says plainly that this is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

  2. 02

    Founder-delivered

The founder leads every engagement: the diagnostics, the modeling, and the relationship. Legal, accounting, valuation, and tax work stays with your own professionals, or ones we recommend, passed through at cost or a slight margin.

  3. 03

    Fee-only

No success fees, no transaction-contingent compensation, no capital placed, and no product behind the advice.

  4. 04

    Conflicts in writing

Where PivotSense also holds your technology contract, that position is documented in the engagement letter.
